ESN Ibiza Trip 2026

Las presentes Condiciones Generales regulan el proceso de venta del ESN Ibiza Trip 2026, organizado por ESN Sevilla, con N.I.F. G41476383, con domicilio social en Avda. Ramón y Cajal, 1. Facultad de Empresariales, 41005, Sevilla, y tienen como finalidad establecer las normas que rigen la relación entre la entidad y las personas que realicen la reserva anticipada.

Estas condiciones son aplicables a todas las operaciones de venta efectuadas a través del formulario facilitado para la inscripción y tienen carácter vinculante. Cualquier aspecto no previsto en este documento se regirá por la legislación vigente aplicable en materia de consumo y contratación.

 

1. Definiciones

Sobre las partes:

  • De una parte, ERASMUS STUDENT NETWORK DE LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS ECONÓMICAS Y EMPRESARIALES DE SEVILLA (en adelante ESN SEVILLA), con N.I.F. G41476383,  con domicilio social en Avda. Ramón y Cajal, 1. Facultad de Empresariales, 41005, Sevilla, es la entidad organizadora del ESN Ibiza Trip 2026.
  • De otra parte, la parte contratante de los servicios (en adelante, PERSONA PARTICIPANTE), responde a los datos facilitados a través del formulario “Formulario Registros ESN Ibiza Trip 2026 || ESN Sevilla”, en cuya estructura acepta estas Condiciones Generales. La PERSONA PARTICIPANTE tiene como obligatoriedad tener en regla la ESNcard como documento oficial acreditativo de pertenencia a la red ESN tanto en el momento de contratación como durante el ESN Ibiza Trip 2026.

ESN Ibiza Trip 2026 (en adelante, el EVENTO) es un encuentro de la Generación Erasmus organizado por ESN ESPAÑA y que tendrá lugar en la isla de Ibiza entre los días 16 y 21 de abril.

 

2. Condiciones de pago

La VENTA se considerará finalizada tras la satisfacción de 380€, los cuales corresponden a un pago de la tarifa de participación del EVENTO. Este pago deberá hacerse dentro del plazo establecido por ESN SEVILLA en la comunicación de confirmación de la plaza.

El EVENTO puede incluir la visita a la isla de Formentera, la cual se debe contratar en conjunto al resto del EVENTO con una satisfacción de 25€ adicionales pagados en conjunto a la tarifa ordinaria (es decir, un total de 405€). La visita a Formentera no podrá ser contratada posteriormente ni podrá ser cancelada salvo debida aprobación por parte de ESN ESPAÑA.

 

3. Modificaciones del viaje

ESN SEVILLA se reserva el derecho de modificar el itinerario, la duración del viaje o cualquier otro aspecto relacionado con el EVENTO, en caso de circunstancias imprevistas (incluyendo, pero no limitadas a, condiciones climáticas adversas, problemas de transporte, etc.).

En caso de modificación significativa del EVENTO, ESN SEVILLA notificará a las PERSONAS PARTICIPANTES con la mayor antelación posible y ofrecerá la opción de reembolso total si la PERSONA PARTICIPANTE decide no continuar con el viaje.

 

4. Política de cancelación y devolución

En caso de que el participante desee cancelar su asistencia al ESN Ibiza Trip 2026:

  • Hasta el 25/03/2026 a las 23:59 horas es posible solicitar una devolución del 50% de importe pagado por motivo o causas sobrevenidas* presentando en todo caso el justificante correspondiente.
  • Desde el 26/03/2026 a las 00:00 horas hasta el 02/03/2026 a las 23:59 el participante podrá cambiarse por otro socio de ESN Sevilla que lo sustituya y arreglar los términos monetarios entre ellos, pero no se devolverá el importe pagado.
  • A partir del 03/04/2025 a las 00:00 horas no será posible realizar cambios ni habrá devoluciones de dinero.

En todo caso, debe comunicarse inmediata y expresamente a [email protected] en los plazos fijados.

 

Fuera de los plazos anteriormente mencionados, el importe de la VENTA del EVENTO no está sujeto a reembolso, salvo:

  • Cancelación del evento por parte de la organización.
  • Cambio sustancial en las condiciones del evento o itinerario (por ejemplo, cambio de fecha, lugar o actividad principal).
  • No presentación de los servicios contratados.
  • Causas de fuerza mayor, tales como emergencias sanitarias, conflictos bélicos o desastres naturales.

En caso de que se presente alguna de las situaciones descritas, una persona responsable del viaje se pondrá en contacto con los/as participantes para ofrecerles:

  • El reembolso del importe total o parcial correspondiente a la parte del viaje no disfrutada, o
  • La opción de cambiar a otra actividad de carácter similar sin coste adicional. En caso de que la actividad ofrecida supere en precio al viaje cancelado, las PERSONAS PARTICIPANTES deberán abonar a ESN SEVILLA la diferencia correspondiente.

En ningún caso ESN SEVILLA será responsable del reembolso de cualquier gasto adicional incurrido por la PERSONA PARTICIPANTE y que sea externo al paquete de la VENTA.

Cabe recalcar que el transporte hasta el puerto de Barcelona correrá a cuenta del Estudiante Internacional, desde ESN Sevilla, se facilitará información de cara a cómo llegar hacia el destino, donde estarán los coordinadores de ESN Sevilla.

* Se consideran motivo o causa sobrevenida las siguientes causas:

  • Fallecimiento, hospitalización mínima de una noche, enfermedad grave o accidente corporal grave del participante o de un familiar cercano
  • Un asunto grave que afecte a su residencia (principal o secundaria) dentro de las cuatro semanas antes del inicio del viaje y con posterioridad a la fecha del pago del viaje.
  • Despido laboral de los padres o tutores del participante, no al término de contrato laboral ni la no finalización del periodo de prueba.
  • Convocatoria del participante como parte o testigo de un tribunal o como miembro de una mesa electoral, que obligue a asistir durante las fechas del viaje..
  • La incorporación del participante a un puesto de trabajo con notificación posterior a la fecha del pago del viaje.
  • Presentación a exámenes convocados y anunciados con posterioridad al pago del viaje y que coincida con las fechas del viaje.
  • Retención policial del participante, ocurrida con posterioridad al pago del viaje, que coincida con las fechas del viaje, siempre y cuando dicha retención no tenga su origen en un acto doloso por parte del participante.
  • Convocatoria para presentación y firma de documentos oficiales por la autoridad competente recibida con posterioridad al pago del viaje y que obligue a asistir durante las fechas del viaje.
  • La no concesión de visados por causas injustificadas.

 

5. Seguro de cancelación

La PERSONA PARTICIPANTE tendrá la opción de adquirir en el momento de la inscripción un seguro de cancelación adicional. Dicho seguro podrá cubrir total o parcialmente los gastos en caso de cancelación voluntaria o imprevista, de acuerdo con las condiciones específicas del seguro contratado. Es responsabilidad de la PERSONA PARTICIPANTE informarse y comprender las condiciones y coberturas de dicho seguro, ya que el ESN SEVILLA no asume responsabilidad sobre las condiciones o la gestión del mismo. La contratación del seguro de cancelación es inmediata e independiente al pago del importe del EVENTO. El importe del seguro de cancelación no es reembolsable en ningún caso.

 

6. Derechos de las PERSONAS PARTICIPANTES

  • Derecho a recibir información sobre los derechos y obligaciones de la persona participante previamente y durante el transcurso del EVENTO.  
  • Derecho a recibir toda información relevante relacionada con el EVENTO.
  • Derecho a poner en conocimiento de la organización de toda aquella circunstancia personal que debiera ser tenida en cuenta previamente o durante el transcurso del evento. La organización se compromete a intentar adaptar en la medida de lo posible el EVENTO a aquellas circunstancias.
  • Derecho a ser informada de cualquier cambio sustancial en la organización o realización del EVENTO en un plazo de tiempo razonable, siempre y cuando esto fuera posible.
  • Derecho a ser oído durante el transcurso del EVENTO. 
  • Derecho a poner en conocimiento de ESN SEVILLA cualquier incidencia o percance ocurrido previamente o durante el transcurso del mismo.

 

7. Obligaciones de las PERSONAS PARTICIPANTES

  • Es obligación de toda PERSONA PARTICIPANTE cumplir con las directrices indicadas por ESN SEVILLA previa y durante el transcurso del EVENTO.
  • Es obligación de la PERSONA PARTICIPANTE acudir al EVENTO con toda la documentación necesaria. En caso de no acudir con la documentación obligatoria, ESN SEVILLA no será responsable en ningún caso de todo aquel perjuicio que esto pudiera ocasionar para la persona participante durante el transcurso del evento. Las personas participantes tendrán la obligación de acudir al EVENTO con la siguiente documentación: 
    • Pasaporte o documento de identidad válido y vigente, dotado de todo visado o requisito que pudiera ser necesario.
    • ESNcard personal en vigor.
    • Tarjeta sanitaria o justificante de cobertura médica.
    • Cualquier otro documento que ESN SEVILLA requiera para el correcto desarrollo del EVENTO. En este caso, ESN SEVILLA informará de toda documentación adicional que debiera ser traída por la PERSONA PARTICIPANTE con el suficiente tiempo de antelación.
  • Es obligación de toda PERSONA PARTICIPANTE poner en conocimiento de ESN SEVILLA cualquier circunstancia que deba ser tenida en cuenta para el correcto desarrollo del EVENTO, información que deberá ser correcta y actualizada. Toda consecuencia sobrevenida previamente o durante el transcurso del EVENTO derivada del incumplimiento de este deber de información no podrá ser imputable a ESN SEVILLA a efectos de responsabilidad. 
  • La PERSONA PARTICIPANTE tendrá la obligación de vigilar sus pertenencias en todo momento. ESN SEVILLA no se hará responsable de cualquier robo, pérdida o sustracción que pudiera ocurrir durante el transcurso del EVENTO.
  • La PERSONA PARTICIPANTE deberá aceptar y respetar todas las normas establecidas por ESN SEVILLA , así como todas aquellas normas que les fueran aplicables por cualquier otro servicio contratado durante el mismo. El incumplimiento de dichas normas podrá suponer la imposibilidad de tomar parte en uno o varios servicios del EVENTO. En el caso de ser un servicio externo a ESN SEVILLA, esta última no podrá ser imputable a efectos de responsabilidad.

 

8. Responsabilidades de las PERSONAS PARTICIPANTES

  • Las conductas, actitudes o acciones que no hayan sido indicadas por ESN SEVILLA, así como todos aquellos actos negligentes o imprudentes o actos que entorpezcan el desarrollo, buen funcionamiento del EVENTO y la práctica adecuada de las actividades que pudieran incluirse en el mismo, no serán imputables a ESN SEVILLA a efectos de responsabilidad y que deriven en un daño o perjuicio negativo a cualquier persona o cosa relativa al EVENTO y a las entidades con las que colabora.
  • ESN SEVILLA declina cualquier responsabilidad derivada del incumplimiento por parte de las personas participantes de los reglamentos, normas o condiciones establecidas por cada una de las empresas que hubieran sido contratadas para el desarrollo del EVENTO. 
  • Por regla general, las PERSONAS PARTICIPANTES serán responsables de cualquier gasto de desplazamiento que no estuviese previsto en el programa del EVENTO. En particular, ESN SEVILLA no asumirá en ningún caso los gastos derivados del traslado de una PERSONA PARTICIPANTE por enfermedad o indisposición derivada del consumo irresponsable y/o abusivo de alcohol u otras sustancias nocivas; o motivada por una conducta irresponsable y/o ilegal que pueda poner en peligro su integridad física o la de otras personas. La PERSONA PARTICIPANTE que deba ser trasladada por cualquiera de estos supuestos deberá asumir la totalidad de los gastos de desplazamiento ocasionados, incluyendo, si procede, el regreso de la persona organizadora o personas organizadoras del EVENTO que le hubieren acompañado. 
  • ESN SEVILLA declina toda responsabilidad ante la circunstancia en la que alguna autoridad deniegue acceso a cualquier lugar por falta de documentación pertinente o defectos en la misma durante el transcurso del EVENTO. Cualquier gasto originado por dicha incidencia correrá a cargo de la persona participante afectada. En caso de que esta incidencia ocurra previamente al EVENTO, la PERSONA PARTICIPANTE podrá acogerse a las condiciones de cancelación del EVENTO establecidas en el presente documento.

 

9. Sobre el alojamiento

Las habitaciones estarán reservadas únicamente durante los días indicados en la información del viaje. El último día habrá que abandonar la habitación y efectuar el check-out a la hora indicada por ESN SEVILLA.

ESN SEVILLA se encargará de efectuar el reparto de las habitaciones antes de la llegada al alojamiento. Para ello, se tendrán en cuenta las preferencias de las PERSONAS PARTICIPANTES que se intentarán respetar en la medida de lo posible para que todas estén satisfechas. Sin embargo, ESN SEVILLA no podrá asegurar una distribución que se ajuste a las preferencias específi cas de cada persona usuaria.

Es obligatorio que toda persona usuaria se informe y respete todas las normas del alojamiento. En caso de que una persona usuaria ocasione cualquier tipo de daño o perjuicio al alojamiento, tendrá que asumir la responsabilidad y abonar los costes de reparación en caso de que los hubiera. ESN SEVILLA no se hará responsable de esos comportamientos en ningún caso.

Será necesario dejar como fianza 50€ en efectivo a la llegada al hotel, que serán devueltos íntegramente al final de la estancia siempre y cuando no haya desperfectos. De haber desperfectos, el alojamiento restará los gastos necesarios de la fianza y devolverá el resto, o solicitará a la PERSONA PARTICIPANTE suplir la diferencia.

 

10. Resolución de conflictos

Cualquier disputa que surja en relación con estas Condiciones Generales será resuelta de conformidad con las leyes españolas y las partes se someten a la jurisdicción de los tribunales de Madrid.

 

11. Cláusula de prevalencia lingüística

En caso de discrepancia, error de traducción o interpretabilidad entre las distintas versiones lingüísticas de este documento, prevalecerá en todo caso la versión redactada en castellano, que se considerará como referencia oficial y vinculante.

ESN Ibiza Trip 2026

These General Terms and Conditions govern the sales process of the ESN Ibiza Trip 2026, organized by ESN SEVILLA , Tax ID G41476383, with registered address at Avda. Ramón y Cajal, 1. Facultad de Empresariales, 41005, Sevilla. Their purpose is to establish the rules governing the relationship between the entity and the individuals who complete the early reservation.

These conditions apply to all sales operations carried out through the registration form provided and are legally binding. Any aspect not expressly covered in this document shall be governed by the applicable legislation in force regarding consumer rights and contracting.

 

1. Definitions

Regarding the parts:

  • On the one hand, ERASMUS STUDENT NETWORK DE LA FACULTAD DE CIENCIAS ECONÓMICAS Y EMPRESARIALES DE SEVILLA (hereinafter, ESN SEVILLA), Tax ID G41476383, with registered address at Avda. Ramón y Cajal, 1. Facultad de Empresariales, 41005, Sevilla, is the organizing entity of the ESN Ibiza Trip 2026.
  • On the other hand, the contracting party of the services (hereinafter, PARTICIPANT) corresponds to the data provided through the form “Formulario Registros ESN Ibiza Trip 2026 || ESN Sevilla”, the structure of which includes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. The PARTICIPANT is required to hold a valid ESNcard as the official document accrediting membership in the ESN network both at the time of contracting and throughout the ESN Ibiza Trip 2026.

ESN Ibiza Trip 2026 (hereinafter, the EVENT) is a gathering of the Erasmus Generation organized by ESN SPAIN and taking place on the island of Ibiza between 16 and 21 April.

 

2. Payment Conditions

The SALE shall be considered completed once the amount of €380 has been paid, corresponding to the participation fee for the EVENT. This payment must be made within the deadline established by ESN SEVILLA in the confirmation of the allocated spot.

The EVENT may include a visit to the island of Formentera, which must be purchased together with the rest of the EVENT for an additional €25, paid jointly with the standard fee (i.e., a total of €380). The visit to Formentera cannot be purchased at a later date nor cancelled unless expressly approved by ESN SPAIN.

 

3. Travel Modifications

ESN SEVILLA reserves the right to modify the itinerary, duration, or any other aspect related to the EVENT in the event of unforeseen circumstances (including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, transportation issues, etc.).

In the event of a significant modification to the EVENT, ESN SEVILLA shall notify the PARTICIPANTS as early as possible and offer the option of a full refund should the PARTICIPANT decide not to continue with the trip.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a participant wishes to cancel their attendance at the ESN Ibiza Trip 2026:

Until 25/03/2026 at 23:59, it is possible to request a 50% refund of the amount paid due to unforeseen reasons or circumstances*, provided that the corresponding supporting documentation is submitted.

From 26/03/2026 at 00:00 until 02/04/2026 at 23:59, the participant may transfer their spot to another ESN Sevilla member who will replace them and arrange the financial terms between themselves, but the amount paid will not be refunded.

From 03/04/2026 at 00:00 onwards, no changes or refunds will be possible.

In all cases, the situation must be immediately and explicitly communicated to [email protected] within the established deadlines.

Outside of the deadlines mentioned above, the EVENT SALE amount is not refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Cancellation of the event by the organization.
  • A substantial change in the event conditions or itinerary (for example, a change of date, location, or main activity).
  • Failure to provide the contracted services.
  • Force majeure causes, such as health emergencies, armed conflicts, or natural disasters.

If any of the situations described above occur, a person responsible for the trip will contact the participants to offer them:

  • A full or partial refund corresponding to the part of the trip not enjoyed, or
  • The option to switch to another activity of a similar nature at no additional cost. If the offered activity is more expensive than the cancelled trip, participants must pay ESN Sevilla the corresponding price difference.

Under no circumstances will ESN Sevilla be responsible for reimbursing any additional expenses incurred by the participant that are external to the EVENT package.

It should be noted that transportation to the Port of Barcelona will be the responsibility of the International Student. ESN Sevilla will provide information on how to reach the destination, where ESN Sevilla coordinators will be waiting.

*The following are considered unforeseen reasons or circumstances:

  • Death, hospitalization of at least one night, serious illness, or serious bodily injury of the participant or a close family member.
  • A serious issue affecting the participant’s residence (primary or secondary) within four weeks prior to the start of the trip and after the date of payment for the trip.
  • Dismissal from employment of the participant’s parents or guardians, excluding the end of a fixed-term contract or failure to pass a probationary period.
  • The participant being summoned as a party or witness in court, or as a member of an electoral board, requiring attendance during the dates of the trip.
  • The participant starting a new job position with notification received after the date of payment for the trip.
  • The participant being required to sit exams announced after the payment for the trip and scheduled during the travel dates.
  • Police detention of the participant occurring after the payment for the trip and coinciding with the travel dates, provided that such detention is not the result of an intentional act by the participant.
  • A summons to present and sign official documents by the competent authority received after the payment for the trip and requiring attendance during the travel dates.
  • The unjustified refusal of a visa.

 

5. Cancellation Insurance

The PARTICIPANT may choose to purchase additional cancellation insurance at the time of registration. This insurance may cover all or part of the expenses in the event of voluntary or unforeseen cancellation, in accordance with the specific conditions of the contracted insurance. It is the PARTICIPANT’s responsibility to inform themselves and understand the conditions and coverage of said insurance, as ESN SEVILLA assumes no responsibility for its conditions or management. The cancellation insurance is contracted immediately and independently from the payment of the EVENT fee. The cost of the cancellation insurance is non‑refundable under any circumstances.

 

6. Rights of PARTICIPANTS

  • Right to receive information about their rights and obligations prior to and during the EVENT.
  • Right to receive all relevant information related to the EVENT.
  • Right to inform the organization of any personal circumstance that should be taken into account prior to or during the EVENT. The organization commits to adapting the EVENT as far as reasonably possible.
  • Right to be informed of any substantial change in the organization or execution of the EVENT within a reasonable timeframe, whenever possible.
  • Right to be heard during the EVENT.
  • Right to report any incident or issue occurring prior to or during the EVENT to ESN SEVILLA

 

7. Obligations of PARTICIPANTS

  • PARTICIPANTS must comply with the guidelines issued by ESN SEVILLA prior to and during the EVENT.
  • PARTICIPANTS must attend the EVENT with all required documentation. Failure to do so shall exempt ESN SEVILLA from any liability for resulting consequences. Required documentation includes:
    • Valid passport or identity document, including any necessary visas or requirements.
    • Valid personal ESNcard.
    • Health insurance card or proof of medical coverage.
    • Any additional documentation required by ESN SEVILLA for the proper execution of the EVENT, which will be communicated in advance.
  • PARTICIPANTS must inform ESN SEVILLA of any circumstance relevant to the proper development of the ESN SEVILLA, ensuring that such information is accurate and up to date. ESN SEVILLA shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from failure to comply with this duty of information.
  • PARTICIPANTS are responsible for safeguarding their belongings at all times. ESN SEVILLA shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring during the EVENT.
  • PARTICIPANTS must accept and comply with all rules established by ESN SEVILLA, as well as those applicable to any external service contracted during the EVENT. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from one or more services. ESN SEVILLA shall not be held liable for consequences arising from non‑compliance with rules imposed by external service providers.

 

8. Responsibilities of PARTICIPANTS

  • Conduct, attitudes, or actions not indicated by ESN SEVILLA, as well as negligent, reckless, or disruptive behaviour affecting the development or proper functioning of the EVENT or its activities, shall not be attributable to ESN SEVILLA and may result in liability for any damage or harm caused to persons or property related to the EVENT or collaborating entities.
  • ESN SEVILLA declines any responsibility arising from participants’ failure to comply with the regulations, rules, or conditions established by companies contracted for the EVENT.
  • As a general rule, PARTICIPANTS shall be responsible for any transportation expenses not included in the EVENT programme. In particular, ESN SEVILLA shall not assume costs arising from the transfer of a PARTICIPANT due to illness or indisposition resulting from irresponsible and/or excessive consumption of alcohol or harmful substances, or due to irresponsible and/or illegal behaviour endangering their own physical integrity or that of others. The PARTICIPANT must cover all transportation costs incurred, including, where applicable, the return travel of the EVENT organizers accompanying them.
  • ESN SEVILLA declines all responsibility if any authority denies access to a location due to missing or defective documentation during the EVENT. Any expenses arising from such an incident shall be borne by the affected PARTICIPANT. If this occurs prior to the EVENT, the PARTICIPANT may rely on the cancellation conditions established in this document.

 

9. About the accommodation

The rooms will be reserved only for the days indicated in the trip information. On the last day, participants must leave the room and check out at the time indicated by ESN SEVILLA.

ESN SEVILLA will assign the rooms before arrival at the accommodation. To do so, the preferences of the PARTICIPANTS will be taken into account and respected as far as possible so that everyone is satisfied. However, ESN SEVILLA cannot guarantee a distribution that fully matches the specific preferences of each participant.

All participants must be informed of and comply with all accommodation rules. If a participant causes any kind of damage or harm to the accommodation, they will be responsible for it and must cover any repair costs. ESN SEVILLA will not be held responsible for such behaviour under any circumstances.

A cash deposit of €50 will be required upon arrival at the hotel. It will be fully refunded at the end of the stay as long as no damage has occurred. If there is any damage, the accommodation will deduct the necessary costs from the deposit and return the remaining amount, or request the PARTICIPANT to cover the difference.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising in relation to these General Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.

 

11. Language Prevalence Clause

In the event of any discrepancy, translation error, or interpretability issue between the different language versions of this document, the Spanish version shall prevail in all cases and shall be considered the official and binding reference.
